Welcome to www.develator.com (the “Site”), the official website of Develator Ltd. (“Develator”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Develator Ltd. concerning your access to and use of the Site and our services.
By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Develator Ltd. provides consultancy services focused on Business Development and Growth, including Sales Operations leveraging AI solutions, and support for Pre-Seed and Seed funding for technology-related businesses (the “Services”).
The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal offer for services. The specific terms of any engagement for our Services will be governed by a separate, written agreement between you and Develator Ltd.
5. Submissions from Startups
The Site includes a form for startups to submit information and documents (e.g., business plans, pitch decks) for consideration in our “AI Conglomerate Initiative” or other funding opportunities (“Submissions”).
By making a Submission, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No Obligation: The Submission does not obligate Develator Ltd. to provide funding, enter into any business relationship, or offer any services.
- No Confidentiality: Do not submit any information that you consider to be a trade secret or highly confidential through the website form. Develator Ltd. does not accept any obligation of confidentiality with respect to Submissions until and unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed by both parties.
- Review Process: We will review Submissions at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to review any Submission or to provide feedback.
- Warranty: You warrant that you have the right to share all information contained in your Submission and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
6. Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to websites of our partners, including www.notjustbookkeeping.co.uk and www.seedmoney.it, or other third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its Content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Develator Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Content.
